The North Notts branch of the Campaign for Real Ale have announced that Capital Media will launch and publish a new magazine, the North Notts Drinker, on its behalf.
The first edition of the quarterly magazine will be published in July 2013, containing real ale and pub news and information for Worksop, Retford, parts of Gainsborough and surrounding areas.
For pubs and breweries located within the branch’s area, it will provide an opportunity to promote and inform readers about their offering in a very niche publication read by beer drinkers and pubgoers.
Derek Graham, Projects Director at Capital Media, said: “We’re really excited to be working with the North Nottinghamshire branch of CAMRA on this new magazine. Worksop and Retford has a strong affinity with pubs and breweries, and hopefully at Capital we can help promote and strengthen that in the coming months.
“This branch of the Campaign for Real Ale works really hard to inform and educate about real ale, and hopefully the magazine will serve as a vital tool in order to continue doing so,” Derek said.
